Identifying and respecting that it’s okay to live on adrenaline once in a while, as long as you balance that out with times of calm and centredness. In part, this means reframing limiting beliefs, so you reduce unnecessary demands and hold yourself accountable for your health and wellbeing.

The Emotional Reset Framework
A Dual Approach That Creates Lasting Change
For women with agency and a passion for optimal function, deeper and more sustainable change comes from having physical therapy and Private Strategic Intervention Coaching, combined because it when the body isn’t in fight or flight mode, you can think more clearly and make better choices.
Being able to understand how stress, habits, and communication patterns show up in daily life and learning tools that help you overcome, can be truly life changing.
The Emotional Reset Framework is expressed through three beautiful strands, each supporting a different aspect of the human system.
Stage 1: Initial Consultation which gives you 90 minutes of uninterrupted time to explore and share what’s most on your mind and what you’d like to be different.
Stage 2: Therapeutic Deep Relaxation sessions create calmness for the body and mind. Grounded in the principles of osteopathy and human physiology. These sessions combine osteopathy, massage, functional bodywork, breathwork, stretching and meditation, tailormade to suit the individual. There is a strong focus on nervous system regulation and internal safety.
Stage 3: Private Strategic Intervention Coaching sessions allow the conversation to continue. These sessions provide clarity on who you are, why you respond to life the way you do and how to get you from where you are, to where you want to be. You will learn to understand your limiting beliefs, decision-making processes, and what makes you tick. You will also learn how to better communicate with others, at home and at work.
Each component is not intended as a standalone service. They are woven together intentionally. Ideally alternating between Stage 2 and Stage 3 each month. This creates the ultimate mind/body experience.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation the stages of the Emotional Reset are intended to focus on creating a balanced internal environment, from which your body can heal itself. For those with specific injuries or MSK conditions we recommend you run this alongside your usual osteopathic or physiotherapy sessions.
