We Accept Private Patients
We accept private healthcare patients from various providers, including, but not limited to Vitalty and HealthShield.
Patients using private medical insurance should note that treatment must be provided in accordance with the terms of their insurer’s referral and authorisation. As a result, consultations funded by an insurance provider will focus on the condition for which treatment has been approved and any clinically relevant factors directly related to that condition.
Our standard private appointments may include a broader osteopathic assessment, allowing for consideration of wider lifestyle, biomechanical, and health factors where appropriate. This reflects our holistic approach and the additional time allocated to these consultations.
All patients, whether self-funding or using insurance, will receive clinically appropriate, evidence-informed care within the scope of their appointment and treatment plan.
Please speak to your insurance provider before booking at appointment and follow the procedures outlined in your policy to obtain the necessary referral.
