On certain days we welcome canine patients into the studio for osteopathic treatment and, where appropriate, dogs accompanying visitors to the practice.
We recognise that allergies can be a concern, so we maintain rigorous cleaning and hygiene procedures and ask patients to let us know about any allergy-related needs when booking, so that we can discuss reasonable steps to make their visit as comfortable as possible.
While we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment, we will always aim to support you and make appropriate arrangements where we can.
Some might not like that we allow dogs in the practice, but after years of working with people with service dogs, we know how important it can be. We also treat the dogs of many of our patients, who welcome the ability to bring their furry friend for treatment.
We will always aim to keep patients safe and that’s why we don’t hide the fact. This means people have a choice to talk to us in advance, so we can create the safest environment possible.
